A Highland Estate with a diverse range of geography, flora and fauna

Invercauld is a private Estate located in Royal Deeside and upper Perthshire, entirely within the Cairngorms National Park, and extending to approximately 95,222 acres. Around half of the Estate is designated for its impressive natural qualities.

It is predominantly located in a mountain environment. Over half the Estate is heather moorland and a further third montane habitats, woodland, blanket bog or peatland. More than 10% is managed woodland. Invercauld also includes over 70 houses which are occupied on various tenures, a number of shops and a pub in Braemar, Glenshee Ski Centre and Braemar Golf Course. Our portfolio is as varied as the landscape.
