The Estate currently lets out 18 farms and 33 houses. Commercial lets are also an important part of our business with a restaurant, horn shop and butcher’s shop all let to businesses in Braemar. In addition, the Estate leases Braemar Castle, Glenshee Ski Centre, Braemar Golf Course, Castleton Hall, Victory Hall, a rifle range and the bowling green to local companies and clubs. A significant number of mast sites are let to telecom companies to help provide coverage for mobile and emergency services’ networks in the region. We always aim to play our part in maintaining a healthy community where our commercial lettings are concerned.

Invercauld also has property available to let from time to time and occasionally the Estate has land to sell, usually for house sites.
